Liza is an Assistant Professor at the Drexel University, studying and teaching Organizational Behavior. Her research focuses on understanding the complexities and challenges of interpersonal relationships at work, such as disclosing personal information, advocating for oneself during difficult times, and building more compassionate workplaces.
Before pursuing her PhD, Liza worked in client operations and healthcare consulting.
