Margaret Smith

Margaret Smith is a fractional Chief of Staff and strategic advisor with 15+ years of experience partnering with executive leaders to build the infrastructure behind high-performing organizations. She is the founder of The Founder Studio, an advisory platform focused on bringing systems-level thinking to leaders building the next generation of purpose-driven companies.

Her work focuses on supporting CEOs, founders, and executive teams through inflection points marked by rapid growth and organizational change.  She translates vision into operational clarity and uncovers the often-invisible work that enables companies to scale sustainably.

Margaret partners with Prime Executive Office on executive office placements, working with leaders to identify and place high-impact talent who can serve as extensions of the executive team and elevate the organization's effectiveness.

Her mission is that every leader she works with operates with greater effectiveness, sharper focus, and the clarity required to lead at the highest level. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Brain Sciences from Dartmouth College.
