As an operations and marketing leader (and rising Chief of Staff), she builds powerhouse executive offices from the ground up—where inboxes breathe easy, calendars run smooth, and no prep doc is left behind. Emi's blend of sharp thinking, soft power, and structured execution makes her the go-to for companies ready to scale with precision. She's not just supporting executives—she’s reengineering how they work.

As a recent graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with degrees in Marketing and Management, Emi brings a strategic mindset and a systems-oriented approach to the team. She’s passionate about creating cohesive brands and smooth operations, with a knack for connecting the dots between strategy, execution, and design. Emi is especially focused on using data to inform decisions, ensuring that both marketing efforts and internal processes are effective and aligned.

Previously, Emi interned at Prime, where she gained firsthand experience in orchestrating cross-functional initiatives. She’s eager to keep building on that foundation in this next step—supporting the team’s growth through streamlined operations, smart marketing strategy, and a Chief of Staff mindset dedicated to clarity and impact.

Outside of work, she does her best to make the most of her 20s. Whether traveling to a new city, going to concerts, or challenging herself with a difficult hike, you will find Emi out experiencing the world with friends and family.
