Rachael Goldfarb

Rachael Goldfarb is a fractional Chief of Staff and advisor with 15+ years of experience spanning the White House, Gates Foundation, USDA, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where she was employee #19 and built the technology team from 2 to 250+ people.

She founded Golden Glue Strategies to do what she's done her whole career: help leaders and organizations run better. Her chief of staff experience began in the White House, supporting John Podesta as Chief of Staff to the President — and she's carried that standard across every role since.

Rachael partners with Prime Executive Office to coach current and aspiring Chiefs of Staff on building influence, navigating organizational complexity, and growing into the strategic function the role demands. A recognized thought leader on the Chief of Staff role, she has conducted 150+ interviews with chiefs of staff across industries, spoken at conferences and corporate events, and appeared on podcasts where she's made the case that the CoS role is an organizational architect function — not administrative support. She brings both practitioner depth and an outside eye to every coaching relationship.

She serves on the board of LIFT-DC and holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of Law.
